How to select cashback as your preferred refund method
To receive your cashback seamlessly, just choose 'cashback' as your refund method on the utu app. Simply add your preferred payment card details where you'd like the cashback to be deposited. It's that easy!
How to claim your refund
Step 1:
Tick the box shown below on the tax refund claim form, to indicate you want to receive your refund via a card payment
Step 2:
Use your 16-digit utu Tax Free Card number in the field
Step 3:
Sign the form and complete the standard tax refund process at the airport
*If you are using a digital refund app, use your utu card number in the ‘Payment Method’ section on the refund app
