1. The exclusive bonus KrisFlyer miles promotion is open to PPS Club and KrisFlyer members who accepted the utu Membership status match offer during the promotion period.

2. This promotion is from now to 31 July 2024 and this period is defined as “Promotion Period”. 

3. The promotion ends at the end of promotion period.

4. To qualify for the bonus KrisFlyer miles during the promotion period:

a. KrisFlyer Transaction Bonus Miles

- Earn bonus KrisFlyer miles of up to 1,500 miles by completing your first VAT refund transaction received on utu Tax Free Card.

b. KrisFlyer Instant Bonus Miles

- You must complete the status match process, download and register on the utu app

- You must choose KrisFlyer as your preferred Refund Method on the utu app

5. PPS Club and KrisFlyer members will be able to receive Bonus KrisFlyer miles only if :

a) Your KrisFlyer and PPS Club account is active and set as the default refund method when you register for the utu app

b) Your KrisFlyer account is linked to your utu account

c) The KrisFlyer account number, given name and family name entered in the utu app must match the details in the selected Frequent Flyer membership account. Once converted, the expiry and value of the KrisFlyer miles will be subjected to KrisFlyer Rules.

6. Following the submission of a conversion request, it cannot be cancelled. utu Miles that have been converted to KrisFlyer miles cannot be converted back to utu Miles. 

7. utu Rewards Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any incorrect utu Miles transfer based on inaccurate information provided.   

8. Miles will be credited to the utu member’s KrisFlyer account within 10 working days from the date of successful submission of the request.   

9. Once converted, the expiry and value of the miles will be subject to KrisFlyer rules.
