The bonus Avios promotion is available to all utu members.   

This promotion is from 15 November 2023 to 31 December 2023 and this period is defined as “Promotion Period”.   

Members will be awarded bonus Avios only if:     

• Your Qatar Airways Privilege Club membership account is active at the time of registration. 

• Qatar Airways Privilege Club membership account number entered in the utu app must match the details in the member’s Qatar Airways Privilege Club account.  

• Qatar Privilege Airways Club account is linked to your utu account and selected as the default refund method.  

• Qatar Airways Privilege Club membership account number entered in the utu app must match the details in the member’s Qatar Airways Privilege Club account.  

Following the submission of a conversion request, it cannot be cancelled. utu Miles that have been converted to Avios cannot be converted back to utu Miles.   

utu Rewards Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any incorrect utu Miles transfer based on inaccurate information provided.   

Avios will be credited to the utu member’s Qatar Airways Privilege Club account within 10 working days from the date of successful submission of the request.   

  Once converted, the expiry and value of the Avios will be subject to Qatar Airways Privilege Club Rules.   

utu members will be notified via the utu App once Avios has been successfully credited to Qatar Airways Privilege Club.
