How it works:

• Download utu Tax Free mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store

• Verify your identity with your Passport

• Choose KrisFlyer as your Rewards Program and activate your utu Tax Free Card

• Fill in the utu Tax Free Card number on your tax refund form in the credit card section

• Complete the customs form verification process as you leave the country

• utu will receive your tax refund upon processing by the VAT Refund Operator. utu will notify you when your KrisFlyer miles have been credited to your KrisFlyer account.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. As per the standard proposition, members earn 3,126 KrisFlyer miles (worth USD125) for every 1042 utu miles when members have their tax refunded to utu Tax Free Card. From 1 December 2022 to 31 January 2023, members will earn 3,750 KrisFlyer miles (worth USD150) for every 1042 utu miles.

2. KrisFlyer and PPS members will be eligible to convert utu miles only if:

   1. KrisFlyer and PPS membership is active at the time of registration

   2. KrisFlyer has been selected as the default refund method

   3. KrisFlyer account is linked to utu account - the Given Name, Family Name and Membership account number entered in the utu Tax Free app must match the KrisFlyer membership account details

   4. Tax refund has been successfully credited to the utu Tax Free Card

3. The double refund bonus promotion is open to all utu members, valid from 1 December 2022 to 31 January 2023.

4. KrisFlyer miles will be awarded per successful tax refund transaction above USD100.

5. KrisFlyer and PPS members will be notified via the utu Tax Free App once the tax refund has been approved.
