1. As per the standard proposition, members will earn 3,541 miles (USD125) for every USD100 of VAT refunds when members have their tax refunded to their utu Tax Free Card. During the Promotion Period, get 4,249 miles (worth USD150) for every USD100 in tax refunds.
2. The promotion is from 30 Aug 2023 to 30 Sep 2023 and this period is defined as the "Promotion Period"
3. Miles will be credited to the member’s TAP Miles&Go account within 24 hours from the date of successful submission of the request.
4. TAP Miles&Go members will be eligible to convert utu miles only if:
a. TAP Miles&Go membership is active at the time of registration
b. TAP Miles&Go has been selected as the default Refund method
c. TAP Miles&Go account is linked to the member’s utu account
d. Tax refund has been successfully credited to the utu Tax Free Card
5. TAP Miles&Go members will be notified via the utu Tax Free App once the VAT refund has been received.
