How does it work?

1. Activate utu Tax Free Card, go shopping, and request a tax-free form

Receive your virtual utu Tax Free Card instantly and choose to receive your VAT refund upsize in either Airline Miles, Hotel Points, or Cashback.

2. Inform the shop that you want your refund to be sent to your utu Tax Free Card number

In some cases, the store will fill in your utu Tax Free Card number on the refund form. You can also tell the cashier that you will decide your refund method later. You can then manually fill in your utu Tax Free Card number in the appropriate field.

3. Let utu Tax Free Card work its magic
